1. Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of Western Australia aged 18 years or over.Entrants must complete the official entry form and provide all required information. Employees of Indigo Commercial and their immediate family members may enter but are not eligible to win unless otherwise stated. By entering this giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Promotion Period
The giveaway opens on the date advertised by Indigo Commercial. Entries close at 11:59pm AWST on the advertised closing date. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must: Complete the official Indigo Family Fun Day Giveaway entry form.
Provide accurate contact details.
Answer the giveaway question(s) in full.
Agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Only one entry per family will be accepted unless otherwise specified.
4. Prize
Indigo Commercial will award ten (10) winning families. Each winning family will receive entry tickets to Adventure World for their family group on the nominated event date. The total number of tickets allocated to each winning family will be determined by the information provided in their entry.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, refundable or redeemable for cash. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable, Indigo Commercial reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value.
5. Winner Selection
This is a game of skill, not chance.
Winners will be selected based on the quality, originality and sincerity of their responses.
Entries will be reviewed by a panel appointed by Indigo Commercial. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted via email and/or phone using the details supplied on their entry form.
If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, Indigo Commercial reserves the right to select an alternative winner.Winners may be announced on Indigo Commercial's social media channels and website.
7. Photography & Promotion
By entering, participants consent to Indigo Commercial using their first name, and submitted story or background (details can be discussed) for promotional purposes if selected as a winner.
Additional consent will be sought before publishing photographs featuring children. Participants may decline media participation without affecting their eligibility to win.
8. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used solely for administering this promotion and communicating with entrants. Information will be managed in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws). Entrant information will not be sold or shared with unrelated third parties.
9. Liability
Indigo Commercial accepts no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries.
Indigo Commercial is not responsible for any costs associated with attending the event, including travel, accommodation, meals or other incidental expenses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indigo Commercial excludes all liability arising from participation in this promotion or acceptance of the prize.

10. Verification of Entries
Indigo Commercial reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrant eligibility. Any entry deemed misleading, incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions may be disqualified.
11. Family Eligibility
Preference may be given to families of workers in essential and community-supporting industries, including but not limited to trades, construction, maintenance, healthcare, emergency services, defence, transport and logistics, and education. However, entry is open to all eligible Western Australian families.
This protects you from someone claiming the giveaway is unfair if you choose families aligned with your objective.
12. Children's Participation
Entrants confirm they are the parent or legal guardian of any child included in the entry and have authority to provide information relating to those children.
13. Adventure World Conditions
Use of the prize is subject to the admission terms and conditions of Adventure World. Indigo Commercial is not responsible for any decisions made by the venue regarding entry, safety requirements, operating hours, ride availability, or weather-related closures.
14. Cancellation or Modification
Indigo Commercial reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
