MECCA AWARDS - Celebrating People, Process and Performance

Community
This award honors exceptional voluntary contributions by contact centers to the residents of Manitoba from December 1, 2024, to November 30, 2025. The chosen recipient exemplifies remarkable spirit and enhances both their workplace and community. *Virtual judging is scheduled for January 5 - 16, 2026.
Health and Wellness
This award honors contact centers that support their employees in improving both personal and professional aspects of their lives through a comprehensive wellness program. *Virtual judging is set for January 5 - 16, 2026.
People's Choice
The MCCA's People's Choice Award for Manitoba's Favorite Company for Customer Service will be determined by public voting. Who will the people of Manitoba select? Could it be you? *All partners in good standing will be automatically included in this category. If you wish to opt out, please email bruce@mcca.mb.ca.
Innovation
This award honors contact centers that have utilized new or improved technology, processes, social media, reporting, and/or organizational changes to enhance the experience of their customers and/or employees. *Virtual judging is set for January 5 - 16, 2026.
Employee Engagement
This award acknowledges contact centers where employee surveys highlight job satisfaction and career fulfillment. A link will be sent to you on January 5, 2026, for distribution to your team and will remain accessible until the end of the day on January 16, 2026.
Training and Performance
This award honors contact centers that show a commitment to enhancing the skills of their employees and offer opportunities for industry progress and future development. *Virtual judging is set for January 5 - 16, 2026.
