Voces en Acción: Parent Engagement Education Survey

Hispanic Federation and LEAD Coalition Survey

This is an anonymous, voluntary survey created by Hispanic Federation and the LEAD Coalition to collect information on how Latino families navigated the pandemic and are getting ready for the reopening of schools across New York State. The results of this survey will be used to help Hispanic Federation and LEAD advocate on behalf of students, teachers, and families during the state's recovery from the pandemic crisis. 

If you submit a completed survey in its entirety, unless you opt out, you will have an opportunity to win a $50 gift card. The giveaway will be held by September 15th, 2021. Thank you for your time and valuable input.
