2025-2026 Application 1985 Fund for Women Award

In 1985, Field Hockey Ontario (FHO) was incorporated. FHO was an amalgamation of Ontario Women's Field Hockey Association (OWFHA) and the Ontario Field Hockey Association (OFHA). At the point of amalgamation, OWFHA had $60,000 which was given to the new organization FHO to be kept for use in the promotion of women's field hockey in Ontario. The committee will consider requests for the award from female players, female coaches, and female officials. Applicants must be current members of FHO that identify as female and must express financial need. Please read this in full prior to submitting your application form. Applications will be accepted until 11:59pm on Sunday, May 31, 2026.
