Introduction
Wayne Memorial Health System is expanding its services for the convenience of those who live and work in southern Wayne County!
The Hamlin Family Health Center, part of Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers, is slated to open spring, 2014. Located in the former Western Wayne Hamlin Elementary building at 543 Easton Turnpike, the newly remodeled facility will offer primary care (both by appointment and walk-in) and women’s health services. Laboratory (blood draws) and radiology (general x-ray and ultrasound) services will be provided by Wayne Memorial Hospital.
In order to best meet the needs of the community, we are asking for your input. Please take a few minutes to answer this short survey and submit by January 24, 2014. Additionally, a link to the survey can be found on Wayne Memorial Community Health Centers’ home page at www.wmh.org/WMCHC. All responses will be reviewed to assist us throughout the planning process.
