Responses Needed: Identify Rules or Regulations That Stifle Job Growth and Hurt S.C.'s Economy

The S.C. House of Representatives' Labor, Commerce and Industry (LCI) Committee's Regulatory Review Subcommittee is in the process of taking testimony from various businesses and industries across the state to identify regulatory issues or concerns that make it harder for companies to do business in here in the Palmetto State. The subcommittee's goal is for businesses to run smoothly and without unnecessary interference from state government, and are requesting input from businesses on existing rules or regulations that may currently be stifling job growth and economic prosperity.
