Purpose Of Collection:


The Family and Community Support Services (FCSS) of the Town of Redcliff would like to engage residents in a public survey, with the purpose of this survey being to identify the social needs within the town. This valuable feedback from residents in the community is used by FCSS to create programming and help make connections to resources that residents have indicated are of need.

"Social needs" are defined as the human requirements for social interaction and community engagement. This social needs assessment will have questions on topics such as:
  • Quality of life
  • Knowledge of and access to resources

  • Volunteerism

Understanding Social Need in Redcliff

Many factors influence community health and well-being. These factors are referred to as "social determinants of health" and include personal, social, economic, and environmental considerations.
