Understanding Employee Experience

HERO's Employee Experience (EEx) Study Committee has identified that organizations may define EEx differently and that often the EEx function isn’t always connected to the Workplace Health and Well-being (HWB) function. To better understand current industry practices and validate assumptions, the EEx Committee developed this survey.

We greatly appreciate you taking the time to provide insight into how your organization thinks about EEx and how this connects to Workplace Health and Well-being. This survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. However, it requires insights into both your Employee Experience and Health and Well-being strategies, so you may need to get input from other organizational stakeholders. Insights from this survey will be used by the HERO Employee Experience Study Committee to prioritize efforts that can best help employers advance these areas.
