OLDHERC/Subcommittee Application |
Basic information
The Health Evidence Review Commission's primary work is to prioritize health services which determine whether services are covered benefits for over 1 million people who are members of the Oregon Health Plan. Decisions are made base on the best available evidence as well as other factors including values and preferences or patients and communities, health equity considerations and delivery system factors.
Staff collect this information to supplement information supplied in Workday for applicants for HERC members. HERC members are appointed by the Governor subject to Senate confirmation; for subcommittees, this form serves as the application process, and the Commission itself appoints members.
