Remote Verbal Testimony

If you think you may want to testify, please complete the survey to sign up. If you decide not to testify, you can always decline later.
 
To give remote verbal testimony for a Commission or subcommittee meeting, please provide all of the following information. Testimony time is limited to 5 minutes per topic  (HERC's policy). Requests for testimony are accepted until noon two days before the meeting is held.
 
To guarantee your opportunity to comment on your topic of interest, you must:
  • Be logged in to the Zoom meeting 15 minutes prior to the time indicated for that topic on the published agenda
  • Use the name and/or phone number you provided when you registered when logging in to the Zoom meeting
  • Remain logged in and ready to testify until the time for testimony for that topic is complete (which may be later than shown on the agenda)
  • Unmute yourself promptly when requested by the meeting host (*6 from a standard telephone)

You may join the meeting by clicking the Zoom link from a computer or smart phone or dial the number provided from any touchtone telephone. Please see our meetings page for specifics topics to be discussed each meeting.

Written testimony may be sent to HERC.Info@dhsoha.state.or.us and is encouraged even if you plan to testify. Written testimony is accepted until noon two days before the meeting is held. Please see HERC's policy for details.
