HEDNA 2025 Committee or Discipline Volunteer Form

Thank you for your interest in serving as a volunteer for one of HEDNA's committees or disciplines. While committee volunteers are necessary for our association, please understand space is sometimes limited and we want to match people with the committee that best suits their experience and/or skills. The form asks for your top choice and then allows you to list up to two other committees you'd consider joining. If applicable, please include those secondary options.
