The Hawai`i Department of Transportation (HDOT) is updating the Coordinated Public Transit-Human Services Transportation Plan to identify and prioritize coordination strategies that will improve the efficiency of public transit, paratransit services, and human services transportation programs.

Your participation in this survey will help identify transportation service gaps and duplicate services in the area, and to create improved transportation outcomes. The information provided will be used to develop an inventory and identify strategies that encourage more efficient use of available service providers to bring enhanced mobility to the region’s seniors, persons with disabilities, and low-income residents.

In order to meet the overall coordination study schedule, we ask that you complete the survey by Friday, May 14, 2021. Please provide one response for your organization.

This survey should take no more than 10 minutes of your time. Background information for this project can be found on HDOT's website and key definitions can be found here. If you have additional questions regarding this survey, please contact Robyn Fujioka or Ezra Pincus-Roth.
