Optional: The work of Code Switch centers a mission to disrupt the school-to-prison pipeline by eradicating the inequities that lead to the over criminalization of Black girls within K-12 schools. One way we engage this work is by amplifying the voices of Black girls through the telling of their discipline stories from their experiences in K-12 schools. Though we planned for participant story sharing in our community dialogue during our final session with Dr. Morris and Dr. Venus Evans-Winters, we did not have an opportunity to do much of this during the session. We want to open anonymous space here for you to do so. Please use this space to share your discipline story with us. We will keep this story private, using it only to inform our work so that we can better advocate for families and serve youth enrolled in Code Switch programs. If you choose not to share that is okay too. Use this space to share a K-12 discipline story within which you and/or someone you love was involved, that also involved punitive and/or exclusionary discipline policies, racial discrimination, and/or school induced violence, including the misuse or overuse of the police. OK Question Title * 15. If you would like to become involved with Code Switch, please leave us with your contact information. We will reach out to you as soon as the evaluation form information has been collated and organized (be patient with us for this). Name Email Address Phone Number OK DONE
