HR Metrics is conducting a Gender Diversity Benchmarking Survey for companies in Pakistan to assess women’s representation across leadership and workforce levels within companies operating in Pakistan, including the Board of Directors (Executive and Non-Executive), C-Suite positions (direct reports to the CEO), Managers and Supervisors (those who have at least one direct report), and Non-Managerial Employees.
Participation is complimentary until 31 May, and all data will remain strictly confidential with no company names disclosed in the report. The report will be published on 30 June, 2026.
