5.Part of yearbook includes graphic design.  This includes the layout of photos, colors, templates, etc.  Have you ever had any experience with graphic design?

6.The graphic design program we use does NOT auto save.  What do I mean by this?

I need to save each spread page under the file menu each time.

I can log out and the spread will be saved.

7.The yearbook is a book that is published for many to see in years to come.  Do I have your word that you will try to do your best to create quality error free spreads (pages)?

8.In order to create error free yearbook spreads we use something called facial tagging.  Students and staff names are in a database stored with correctly spelled names.  Please use facial tagging ok?
