What should HDC focus on next year?

Each year, HDC surveys members to identify policies for possible inclusion in our annual policy priorities. The time to begin this process for 2019 has come!
Please use this survey tool to share with us what you would like the HDC Board to consider including in our 2019 priorities. Ongoing, historic, and recurring issues that have already been defined as priorities, such as funding for the State or Eastside Housing Trust Funds, do not need to be submitted.
HDC staff may follow up with you with questions about your submission. Submissions and current priorities will be reviewed with the Policy Advisory Group and Board to decide on carryover items. If you are interested in joining the Policy Advisory Group, please contact sara@housingconsortium.org.
This tool is not the only way to engage in our priorities setting process! Over the course of the summer, we will host a handful of in-person work sessions. You are free to share your ideas over the phone or in person if you would prefer to do so. Contact Sara for more information.

The deadline to submit an idea through this survey tool is July 13th at 5:00 pm.

* 1. Name

* 2. Organization
Note: You must work for an HDC member organization for your response to be included in survey results.

* 3. Email Address

* 4. What advocacy priority(ies) would you like to propose?
These can include policy ideas you've read about being tried in other regions or things going on in King County you'd like to see elevated by HDC. It may be helpful to think about potential fixes to barriers that make your work harder, or issues you think would benefit from HDC's involvement.
Please include a brief description of each policy and explain how it would serve the vision of 'safe, healthy, and affordable homes within communities of opportunity for all.'

* 5. Do you or your organization work primarily in a specific subregion in King County?

* 6. Would you like to attend an in person policy priorities workshop?

* 7. Would you be willing and able to join HDC's Policy Advisory Group? This requires attendance in regular meetings (no more frequent than monthly) and responsiveness to emails.
