Hanover Adult_Parent Survey 2018

Hanover Cares would like your participation in this short survey so that we may learn about your perceptions of teen substance use, parental expectations, and parental engagement.  Your responses are anonymous and will help Hanover Cares assess community prevention needs from an adult/parent perspective.  This will allow us to fulfill our mission of raising substance-free youth through development of healthy opportunities for both youth and parents.
