Thank you for accepting the baton.
By participating in Relay For Life, you are part of the Canadian Cancer Society’s team that will help us reach the day when no Canadian fears cancer. Because of our participants, volunteers, survivors, sponsors and supporters, we are continuing to make remarkable progress in the fight against all cancers.
Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. Society staff and volunteers spent countless hours planning an event you would remember and we want to know what you thought! Please take 5 minutes to complete the survey. Once our September Relay events have concluded, and Relay For Life 2016 has wrapped up across the division, we will analyze the results and share them with you. Thanks to your support, we will use these results to make positive changes to Relay For Life 2017. We will also share our action plan with you, so you know your feedback is making a difference.
Every step you took at Relay For Life this year raised money for life-saving cancer research and caring support programs for cancer patients, their families and caregivers.
