Information

Please review the following before continuing with your application.

Part of Fandom Legacy Con's mission is to curate our panelists in a way that ensures the best experience for attendee and panelist alike. This is the first step in the application process. Once your application is approved, you will be contacted via email to confirm your attendance. Applying does not guarantee your position as a panelist.

You must complete one application for each panel you wish to run.
All panelists must follow the following rules and guidelines.

Conduct
All attendees must follow the code of conduct on the Fandom Legacy Con website. Panelists are no exception.

Interactivity
Fandom Legacy Con's focus is on community and interactive content. All panels at Fandom Legacy Con must have some form of interactivity to be accepted.
Examples include:
  • Game show content
  • Creative workshops
  • Challenges
  • Group discussions including the audience
  • Contests
If your panel consists only of a presentation or a commentary then it is unlikely to be approved.

Content
Content is required to be audience appropriate. Unless your panel is stated to be PG 13 there will be no cursing or suggestive language. If your panel is not marked as 18+ there will be no sexual discussion or showing of 18+ content in any way. It is the responsibility of the panelist to ensure that their audience does not include under age viewers before the panel starts. A volunteer will check ID at the door.
Content must be unique and entertaining.

Paid Content
If you require an entry fee or will be selling goods during the panel you wish to run you must have all fees and pricing approved before selling. The convention will not be responsible for collecting the fees. You are responsible for any and all tax responsibilities. If paid content or selling of goods is not approved for your panel and you sell anyways you will be removed from the convention.

Punctuality
Each panel will have a specific start and end time. This includes setup and break down time. If you are not punctual, your panel will be ended prematurely or you may not be allowed to present your content.

Professionalism
As a representative of Fandom Legacy Con you are expected to maintain a level of professionalism higher than that of a normal attendee. Your actions will reflect on the convention itself. Be mindful.

Compensation
As a panelist you will receive the following:
  • 2 complementary weekend tickets to the convention as long as your approved content totals at least 2 hours.
  • Panelist swag
  • The love and adoration of your fans!
