Note: Signing up to participate in D2D 3.0 is anonymous. The sharing of your team code will allow AFHTO to act as a password retrieval for teams who forget their code. If you participated in D2D 1.0 or 2.0 please use the same code as this will allow you to compare results for all three iterations. Teams who do not indicate their intent to participate i.e. submit this form and share their code, can still submit their data to D2D 3.0 and view the reports
