Title of research study: Survey to assess the use of hepatitis C infected organs for transplantation

You are being asked to participate in this survey as a member of the American Society of Transplantation or American Society of Transplant Surgeons. The goal of this survey is to assess the understanding of deceased donor hepatitis C screening test results and risk of transmission as well as to assess willingness to use certain donor organs. We plan to use this data in the upcoming AST HCV consensus conference.

Your participation is entirely voluntary. You may stop the survey at any time.

The only risk of being in this study is that your personal information could be lost or exposed. This is very unlikely to happen, and we will do everything we can to make sure that your information is protected.
