Clinical Cards
These convenient cards provide clinically relevant information for NYS medical providers on Hepatitis C and drug user health prevention, care, and treatment. The harm reduction clinical card focuses on implementing a harm reduction treatment plan, developing a safety plan for people who inject drugs, syringe use and risk, reducing stigma, changing the language of substance use, the CEI Line, as well as the websites for further guideline information and CEI initiatives. The Buprenorphine/Naloxone treatment for opioid use disorder clinical card focuses on dosing, clinical considerations, training/locating a provider, alternative treatment goals, support, considerations before prescribing, overdose prevention education, the CEI Line, as well as the websites for further guideline information and CEI initiatives.

These cards can be discreetly attached to a medical provider's name tag while providing all of the important information needed to make clinically sound decisions regarding Drug User Health!
