Clinical Cards
The Hepatitis C and Drug User Health Center of Excellence offers clinical cards to New York State (NYS)-based medical providers free of charge. We are unable to distribute cards to providers practicing outside NYS. Cards can be discreetly attached to a clinician's ID badge to provide all of the important information needed to make sound clinical decisions regarding hepatitis C and health for people who use drugs.
