The Hepatitis C and Drug User Health Center of Excellence offers clinical cards on Harm Reduction to NYS medical providers free of charge. These convenient cards provide clinically relevant information on implementing a harm reduction treatment plan, developing a safety plan for people who inject drugs, syringe use and risk, reducing stigma, changing the language of substance use, the CEI Line, as well as the websites for further guideline information and CEI initiatives.
Cards can be discreetly attached to a medical provider's name tag while providing all of the important information needed to make clinically sound decisions regarding Drug User Health!

Please note: We are in the process of updating clinical cards on Buprenorphine/Naloxone treatment for opioid use disorder to align with new DEA training requirements.
