Registration Form

HCPSS will be hosting three opportunities for community input around the attendance boundary process associated with the opening of High School 13.  These workshops will provide an overview of the process and associated Board Policy.  There will be a survey and a group activity focused on planning parameters and preferences of individuals and groups.  
 
All materials including a video of the presentation and an online survey will be posted prior to the meetings. 

In an effort to ensure that attendance at the three opportunities can be balanced, please indicate which of the meetings you plan on attending or if you prefer to provide you input through the online survey (the group activity will only be available at the workshops).  If registration reaches capacity prior to the meeting, the option will be removed from this form.
