Welcome to the annual 2021 BC Construction Industry Survey.

This year's survey focuses on compensation for skilled tradespeople, while also touching on important issues around company culture and the political landscape of the industry.

Your responses are anonymous and will be used to educate government, industry stakeholders, and the general public about the key issues and opportunities driving BC's construction industry.

Your input is very important. It shapes and aligns the focus of our advocacy efforts and provincial programs to the needs of our industry.
