The Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events would like to invite you to join us on October 21st for the Halloween Parade, "Art in the Dark". We will have D-I-Y kits for you to create your own Public Art costumes to walk in the parade with us. You will walk along side two floats with the iconic Flaming by Caulder and The Standing Beast by Dubuffet. Our contingent will be lead by the House O Matics, a youth dance organization. Please plan to arrive at the staging area located on Columbus between Balbo and Roosevelt by 5pm. The parade starts at 6pm and is expected to last an hour and a half.
