2019 GSWS -- Room Block for Early Arrivals

For stays beginning Thurs Aug 29, Fri Aug 30, or Sat Aug 31

Our host hotels (Sheraton - Crown Center & Westin - Crown Center) are located across the street from each other and connected by an air-conditioned above-the-street walkway.

They're hosting a conflicting event during the first three nights of our room block, which is creating logistical challenges. Therefore, we're doing reservations for this period a little bit differently this year.
 
If you're arriving before Sun Sept 1:
  • Use the form below to reserve your room through Saturday night (no credit card required at this time)
  • Then, for nights beginning Sun Sept 1, use the link at the bottom of this page to make reservations at the Sheraton and Westin (up to three rooms per reservation, non-refundable one-night deposit per room)

You will therefore be assigned to the Westin or Sheraton based on availability and contacted with your hotel assignment by August 20. Your reservations for dates beginning Sun Sept 1 (made through the link below) will be guarantee for your selected hotel.

We'll make every effort to avoid doing so, but a small number of people arriving early may be required to switch hotels on Monday.
