The purpose of the Hills Connected Communities program is to identify gaps in service delivery and create programs/services which address needs to ensure people are socially connected and actively contribute to their community.
The program aims to work with families with children, individuals, vulnerable and/or at risk individuals and youth from the Adelaide Hills Region who are socially and/or geographically isolated. The program involves a consortium of the four regional Community Centres including The Hut Community Centre (at Aldgate), The Mount Barker Community Centre, the Summit (at Norton Summit) and the Torrens Valley Community Centre (at Gumeracha).
The following information will assist us to determine gaps in current programs and help with planning of programs.
