The Healthcare Coalition of Maine Supply Chain Integrity Assessment evaluates supply chain resilience across healthcare organizations. The assessment will identify critical resource needs, vulnerabilities, infrastructure dependencies, past disruptions, and existing mitigation strategies that affect continuity of healthcare delivery during emergencies.
Findings are intended to be analyzed at the district and statewide levels and used to inform HCC-ME resource planning, coordination, training, exercises, technical assistance, and future supply chain resilience strategies.
