Purpose: This survey 3rd Election Survey from SAMNET (2014 and 2019) and is intended to evaluate opinions of Muslims', and those of Other Faiths and Beliefs, about their opinions regarding elections, political parties, participation in political processes, and involvement in political, non-governmental, and civil society structures.
This survey is anonymous and confidential. We do NOT ask you for your name or identifiable details.
Demographic data is only requested to gauge the diversity of opinions among different groups and geographic regions.
Objective: To learn about the diversity of political thought among Muslims and the Public, and use this information to understand, identify programs and implement actions, to achieve greater community and civic involvement in the election and political processes, for a better future for all South Africans.
