Recreation Community Survey

The Recreation Focus Group is a committee formed by Mayor Stephanie M. Burke to analyze and report on the future of parks and recreation facilities, programs, and services within the City of Medford. The group aims to address the needs of the entire community — from Pre-K through senior citizens — including sports, arts and crafts, music, fitness and wellness, outdoor activities, educational opportunities, and technology programs.

The following survey is designed to inform the committee’s recommendations and will take roughly 5 minutes to complete - your participation ensures that your voice is heard and your priorities addressed.

If you are a parent to a school aged child, we encourage you to fill out this survey with them.
