HOW TO ENTER
1. To enter the Promotion, participants must:
a. Enter the form with their contact details – entries will only be eligible if done via the form.
b. Be eligible under the Standard Promotion or Competition Rules below.
2. Participants may enter the Promotion only once during the Promotion Period. All duplicate entries will be void.

PRIZE
Three people will have the opportunity to come onto the pitch at half-time and do a Wellington Phoenix half-time challenge.

WINNING THE PRIZE
1. The winner(s) will need to comply with the rules and promotion standards listed above.
2. The winner(s) must have purchased tickets to the game in order to win the prize.
2. The winner will then be contacted via email to participate in the half-time challenge.
3. If the chosen participants do not respond within 2 hours, we will then forfeit the prize and there will be a redraw.


STANDARD PROMOTION OR COMPETITION RULES
Definitions
The ‘Promoter’ is WPX.
‘Disqualified Participants’ are:
(a) all WPX employees, all employees of participating sponsors or promoters and/or advertising agencies and their Immediate Families;
(b) all people under the age of 16 years where the prize or any other element which would be illegal to supply to a person under the age of 16 years;
‘Immediate Families’ include spouses, grandparents, parents, children, and grandchildren, whether by marriage, past marriages, remarriage, adoption, co-habitation or other family extension.

WPX Responsibility
1. WPX reserves the right to amend, vary, extend or discontinue the half time challenge at any stage, for any reason especially in the event that there is wet weather, or it is too windy, we will do a shot on goal challenge instead. The prize will be amended.
2. WPX takes no responsibility for any inability to enter, complete, continue or conclude the Promotion due to equipment of technical malfunction, inadvertent disconnection, force majeure or otherwise.
3. To the fullest extent permitted by law WPX will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury as a result of Promotion entry or winning the prize.
