About the Program

Partners in Diversity is excited to continue with this program for CEOs and executive leaders (C-Suite, SVP, VP) who are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in their companies. The cultural changes needed to succeed in this work starts at the top with a committed CEO and leadership team.

Based on input from Partners in Diversity's CEO Forum in 2018 and subsequent focus groups with executives from around the region, this program will build a network that executives can use to improve their understanding, competency, and leadership. Through guided small-group meetings, executives are introduced to best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion and supported by their adviser and peer group as they implement these practices.

Participation in the program will entail:

- Peer groups of 6-10 members.
- 4 to 5 meetings per year with a DEI professional coach.
- Session length varies from 2 to 3 hours.
- Sessions include peer group DEI leadership topics and allotted time for conversation.

Tuition per year (four sessions):

- $2,500 for Partners in Diversity members (here's a list of PID member organizations)
- $3,000 for non-members
