The City of Albany is preparing its next strategic five-year plan to prioritize community needs that would help Albany’s low-and moderate-income residents or vulnerable populations through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs. The City’s CDBG funds are very limited and your input will help the City prioritize how to spend these funds. The CDBG program has three overarching goals: decent housing, a suitable living environment, and expanded economic opportunities.
