2022 MECASA Meeting Facilitation Skills Training MECASA has contracted with Nancy Ansheles (M.Ed., Catalyst & Co., www.nkacatalyst.com) to host a training on Meeting Facilitation Skills. This training is aimed at supporting advocates in building their meeting facilitation skills for the wide range of meetings that advocates are responsible for. Whether you are facilitating MDT's, SART's, staff meetings, or anything in between, this training is for you.This training will occur over the course of two days. Wednesday, August 24th, and Thursday, August 25th from 9 am-12 pm on both days.Training Objectives:1. Connect and collaborate with other advocates and staff.2. Identify the unique challenges advocates face facilitating meetings.3. Observe, identify, and participate in factors that contribute to an effective meeting, including a 4-part meeting format.4.
