Meeting Space is available at the Rio All-Suites Hotel.  Requests will be accommodated on a first-come, first served basis and are subject to space availability.  Requests are due no later than March 1, 2019.
Functions for ABA Attendees cannot be scheduled during the official show or program hours, including social events.

APPLICANT NOTICE: ABA will make every effort to accommodate your meeting needs.  ABA will assist in the scheduling of your meeting/function and room setup request.  By submitting this form, the applicant agrees to terms within, including additional costs subject to meeting requests  (i.e setup fee, food/beverage, audiovisual, labor). 

ABA Headquarters will notify you in writing of your assigned meeting/function space within 6 weeks of Annual Meeting.  After receiving notification from ABA, you will receive appropriate contact information for the facility to communicate directly on final arrangements and needs not provided by ABA Events team (food/beverage, audiovisual orders).  It will be the applicant's responsibility to submit orders directly with the hotel and provide payment.
