2027 Notice of Interest to Host a MPI Wisconsin Chapter Event

Not only does MPI Wisconsin invest an average of $5,500 in each education event to cover professional industry speakers, registrations, and promotion to a professional audience, we even pay you for lunch!

It’s like a fam trip where MPI Wisconsin covers most your expenses! Successful properties take advantage of the investment from MPI Wisconsin to show off and add personal touches that add a wow factor to a meal, décor, receptions, and more.

Interested in hosting MPI WI in 2027? Submit this Notice of Interest form by Friday, May 1, 2026 and a member of the RFP team will follow up with questions and details.

8.Property acknowledges and agrees to all guidelines as written in the Notice of Interest and Request for Proposal document (room rental, a/v, meal pricing).
  • Room rate of $99 - $129
  • Room block cut off of 1 week prior to event
  • Three complimentary room nights for speaker and or staff
  • Complimentary internet for speakers and attendees
  • Inclusive meal compensation rate: (one per event except Education Day)
    • Breakfast $20
    • Lunch $25 (most programs)
    • Dinner $45 (Gala only)
    • Spring Spectacular $19 (Wednesday evening)
  • Complimentary break (beverages and breakfast snacks) for board meeting
  • Complimentary break (beverages and snacks) for education program
  • Cash bar reception with complimentary appetizers
  • Complimentary meeting room rental
  • Complimentary AV for lunch and meeting rooms (LCD projectors, flipcharts, screens, wireless lavaliere microphones, hand-held microphones, mixers, speakers, lecterns, A/V carts, and Internet access)
  • Complimentary AV for Board Meeting ( Wireless internet access, 5 extension cords/power strips, and Omni speakerphone)
