Mentoring Program for Hart School Internship Seniors in HM 444

Objective:

To facilitate meaningful connections between JMU Hospitality Management Hart School senior students and experienced professionals in the hospitality industry, providing insights, guidance, and practical advice to prepare students for successful careers.

Program Structure:

The mentoring program consists of two structured conversations between the mentor and mentee, each focusing on a different theme to provide a comprehensive learning experience. Time allocation is two - 30 to 45-minute Zoom calls in late March to early May. The Mentee does the logistics and sends the zoom link and agenda.
