Introduction
OCTA is exploring opportunities to improve mobility in and around Harbor Boulevard in the Central Harbor Boulevard Transit Corridor Study. In partnership with the cities of Santa Ana, Garden Grove, Anaheim and Fullerton, OCTA has identified 12 different options to improve transit service in the area.
