Welcome to our sixteenth annual survey which looks at the pay awards that organisations in the housing sector made in 2025 and what they are planning for their next salary review.
The survey will close on Wednesday 7 January 2026 so that we can analyse the information and publish our findings soon after. Participants will get a complimentary report to help them plan ahead and understand sector-wide salary trends and HR practices.
Completing the survey
It only takes a few minutes to complete the survey, but you can leave and return to it, as long as you use the same web browser and it is set to enable cookies so your last visit can be recalled. The pages that you have completed will be saved once you have pressed the 'Next' button.
If an error is detected in a response, then an error message will show in blue above the relevant question when you click the 'Next' button. Follow the instructions to clear the message and press 'Next' again to progress.
