This trip is open to conference, meeting and incentive planners only.

No more than one participant per organisation. Please note final qualification will be at the decision of Hamburg Convention Bureau. Preference will be given to those who have not attended a recent familiarisation to the destination.

Flights, Manchester:
Our flights are booked as a group allocation from London. However Hamburg Convention Bureau is offering a very limited number of MAN/LON flight seats to bring guests from Manchester to London to join the group flight to Hamburg. Please note there are plenty of direct flights to Hamburg from Manchester and other regional airports, we are using the same BA London flight in order to keep within the short timeframe of the trip and simultaneous arrival /departure.
