Terms & Conditions:
The Promoter is Carnival plc trading as Holland America Line whose registered office is at Carnival House, 100 Harbour Parade, Southampton, SO15 1ST (“Promoter” “we” or “us”). To be eligible to enter the competition, you must satisfy all the following entry requirements:
Be a UK resident and current employee of an ABTA registered travel agency between 1 January 2026 to 26 February 2026.
Entrants must make a Holland America Line booking between 1st January – 26 February 2026
All bookings entered into the prize draw must still be live between 1 January 2026 to 26 February 2026 (not cancelled).
Employees of Carnival plc (including group companies), their immediate family or any one directly connected with this prize draw is not eligible to enter.
Be aged 18 years or over.
Entrants must submit their correct contact details & booking reference via the entry form provided during the prize draw period.
To enter the prize draw, entrants must complete the entrance form available via Survey Monkey between 1st January 2026 and the Closing Date before midnight 26th Feb 2025 (the “Competition Period”).
The winners will be selected at random from all entrants.
The entries must be made directly by the individual who wishes to win the prize draw.
Multiple entries are permitted.
We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed or accessible due to a technical fault, hardware or software failure, satellite, network, or server failure of any kind.
The winner will be first announced weekly either via video on the Travel Weekly website and/or HAL’s travel agent social pages @HALUKTRAVELAGENTS.
The winner will also be notified by telephone/and or email, using the details registered on the entrant form, within 14 days of the Closing Date. At least five attempts will be made to contact the winner, if we are unable to contact a winner within 1 week of contact, we may withdraw the prize from that winner and select another winner.
Subject to each winner satisfying the above entry requirements set out above, the winner will be entitled to one of the following prizes: An Alaska cruisetour (departure date TBC), A hosted ship visit in Rotterdam onboard Rotterdam, including flights, overnight accommodation, and dinner, Elemis skincare & spa products, an Amazon voucher, Lindt chocolates, a Daelmans Stroopwafel gift or Holland America Line branded goodies.
The prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. In the event that the winner ceases to satisfy any of the Entry Requirements (set out above) they must notify us as soon as possible. In such circumstances we shall be entitled, in our absolute discretion, to withdraw the winner’s entitlement to the prize. Our decision regarding any aspect of the competition draw, prize or Entry Requirements is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. We will not be liable, at any time, to any entrant for loss or damage unless it is caused by our negligence or the negligence of our agents or employees. Promoter will use the personal data you provide for the purpose of administering this prize draw and to facilitate redemption of prizes. We will require a postal address to deliver the prize to the winner. Personal data will be processed in accordance with The Holland America Line privacy notice, available at: onesourcecruises.com
By entering the prize draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your competition entry. If an entrant objects to their surname and county being made available, please contact the Promoter on SALESSUPPORT@hollandamerica.co.uk. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
