Fall 2020 New Student Orientation Survey

We hope everyone's 1L year is off to a great start!

We feel that it is very beneficial to look back and reflect on your very first week here at UB School of Law and would greatly appreciate your feedback about the "2020 Virtual Orientation Program" in an effort to improve the experience going forward.

This survey should only take about 10 minutes to complete and all answers are anonymous.

2.Several pre-orientation sessions were available online, including a Zoom tutorial, a Health and Safety Guidelines video and a Pre-Orientation Checklist video, were available in early August. Did you watch these sessions?
3.The first day of orientation began with a "Welcome from the Dean" on Monday, August 24th. Did you feel connected and find this session useful as we kicked off your law school experience?
4.During the “Diving into Academic Success” session on Monday, August 24th, you were introduced to many of your first year faculty who provided helpful tips. Please rate this session.

8.Continuing on Wednesday, August 26th you attended our "Library Information Session" where you met the library staff, took a virtual tour of the Law Library, learned how to access the library and obtained online class resources. 10.On the last day of orientation, you attended “Conversation with the Courts” where you were welcomed to Buffalo by members of the judiciary. In addition to opening remarks, please rate the breakout conversations with the judges.
