- Cultural diversity
- Access to parks
- Local businesses that serve the community
 
People’s top concerns for the neighborhoods along Allen Boulevard include:
- Appearance of the area
- Quality of housing
- Not feeling comfortable walking in the neighborhood
- Need for other types of shops and services
 
The best ways to help businesses along Allen Boulevard include:
- Grants for building improvements
- Forming a business group
- Finding ways to reach more customers

The Allen Boulevard district extends roughly one-quarter mile north and south of Allen Boulevard, between Highway 217 and Murray Boulevard. The project area is shown as the dashed blue line in the map below.
