Houghton Community Housing

Houghton Community Housing is a service to Houghton College and its guests. We have hosts in town who are connected with the college and have extra bedrooms/bathrooms in their homes which they rent out to guests. These accommodations are non-smoking (entire property) and consist only of lodging; no meals are provided. Our hosts do provide linens and towels for guests' use. Please note: these are NOT college dorm rooms.

The cost for a room with single occupancy is $30 per night and double occupancy is $50 per night. Additional persons 18 yrs or older are $15/night and children under 18 and $5/night.

An apartment with a private entrance and full kitchen may also be rented for $65/night. The apartment has two twin beds with the option of blow-up mattresses on the floor.
