Our Process
1. Once we receive your request form, we will contact you using the email indicated on your form to confirm your request.
2.Once services are confirmed by replying to the email we sent you, we will email you the secured payment link invoice to make your payment. This invoice will also contain the services we will be performing for your business.
3. Once payment is received, you will receive another email that will acknowledge that your payment has been received. In this same email, you will receive a link that will direct you to the Operating Agreement Development Tool. Complete this form to ensure your Operating Agreement is accurate.
4. Within 1 business day, you will receive your E.I.N. Number (if applicable), your Operating Agreement, and screen-shot proof that your L.L.C. has been applied for.(please note: you will receive your official L.L.C. Entity number and paperwork within about 2 weeks from the time it was filed via email. If it takes longer than 2 weeks (due to peak request times with the state), you may call the number we will provide to you in your package to check the status.
6. In about 1 week, you will be emailed a link to a Client Experience Survey, we would appreciate your feedback on your experience with us. These surveys help us provide the highest quality service.
