As your professional organization, the NASW-WI is committed to advancing social work salaries across Wisconsin. One strategy we use to achieve this is by gathering up-to-date compensation and benefit information of social work professionals through our statewide salary survey. Information obtained from previous surveys has aided the NASW-WI in advocating for higher insurance reimbursement rates and has provided professionals seeking employment realistic salary expectations within a given practice area, providing a benchmark that can be used to negotiate a higher compensation and benefits package.
To ensure this survey accurately reflects the true scope of social work in Wisconsin, it is essential that a maximum number of individuals complete it.
