As the Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM) approaches its 60th anniversary in 2026, we continue our mission to elevate leadership that is purposeful, ethical, and transformative.
The MIMPAC³T Leadership Model, validated through an initial pilot study represents MIM’s signature framework to shape leaders who act with Consciousness, lead with Character, and create lasting Contribution, anchored in Purpose, Alignment, and Transformation (PAT).
This survey marks the Phase 3 Roll-Out, engaging a broader representation of leaders across public, private, NGO, academic, and GLC sectors. The findings from this phase will further strengthen and confirm the reliability, validity, and national relevance of the MIMPAC³T Leadership Model.

How to Complete the Survey
Demographic Section

Leadership Competency Section
You will be asked to rate several statements across three core leadership domains:
Consciousness (self and systems awareness)
Character (ethics, integrity, inner strength)
Contribution (creating value for others)
Each sub-section contains 3 to 4 statements.
