As you may be aware, I have some major conflicts to deal with this summer.
1) Charter and Regent's go back to school on the 15th
2) Middle school band (Nacogdoches) has afternoon practices most of the second week

Here are my potential solutions:
1) Put all Charter/Regents/Chireno kids in one group and have evening rehearsals on the 15th-17th to make up for them missing those mornings. (We will still meet and work with other kids if they wish)
2) Put all of the band kids in one group and (if this will work for everyone) put them into a morning rehearsal slot.

This would be a MAJOR change from my normal plan on "Littles" in the AM and "Bigs" in the PM.

This means there would be a "Littles" group and a "Bigs" group in the 9am-12pm slot and a "Littles" and a "Bigs" group in the 1PM-5PM slot.

PLEASE understand that I am working hard to make sure this awesome camp works for everyone. I will not be able to work around vacations and other individual conflicts. Rehearsing a show is a teamwork challenge. We can't do it without everyone there. As much as I love to include EVERYONE I need to ask for a true commitment to this process this year so I can deal with these unavoidable group conflicts.
