This survey aims to gather
insights from experts who participated in evaluating Horizon Europe project proposals submitted under the EU Horizon Europe Work Programme 2025 calls. It specifically focuses on understanding how those involved in the evaluation experienced the assessment of the
application of the Multi-Actor Approach (MAA) in the proposals. The Multi-Actor Approach is currently a mandatory requirement or encouraged in many of
EU Horizon Europe Cluster 6 (“Food, bioeconomy, natural resources, agriculture and environment”),
Mission Soil (“Soil deal for Europe”), and
Partnership (Agroecology Partnership; PRIMA (Partnership for Research and Innovation in the Mediterranean Area); Circular BioBased Europe (CBE JU))
calls for proposals.
The survey focuses on your most recent experience as an evaluator of proposals under these Horizon Europe programmes in 2025. Answering the questions will not require more than 15-20 minutes of your time.
The survey is anonymous, and the answers you provide will be used only in aggregated form. You are not expected to disclose any personal or organisational details that could compromise any confidentiality agreement. The data will be stored according to the best data management practices.
This survey will remain open for input
until 16 March 2026. We would appreciate if you could forward it also to other colleagues who have acted as evaluators in the above-mentioned calls.
This survey is part of the PREMIERE project ("Preparing multi-actor projects in a co-creative way") funded under the EU programme Horizon Europe (Grant agreement ID: 101086531). To learn more about the project, please visit the project’s website
